Here’s what happens to the information you share through our conversation form.
What you share
The form asks for your name, email address, business or project name, the service you’re interested in, and your goals. A website address is optional. Please share only what we need to understand your inquiry.
How your inquiry reaches William
When you submit the form, those details are sent to FormSubmit, which delivers them to willystrongbird marketing’s Gmail inbox. We use your information to understand your request, reply, and discuss possible work together. Submitting does not book an appointment or sign you up for a newsletter.
Where information is kept
FormSubmit says it retains submissions for 30 days. Copies also remain in the agency’s email inbox for handling your inquiry and any related work. See FormSubmit’s privacy information and submission retention details.
The website does not save your form entries to browser storage or place them in the page URL. Your browser may retain them through autofill or session restoration. Choosing a service or exploring an interactive demo does not send an inquiry.
Hosting and email
This website is publicly hosted through Sites. The hosting and email providers may process access and operational information under their own policies.
Questions or deletion requests
Use the conversation form to ask William a privacy question or request deletion of an inquiry. If you already have an email reply from William, you can reply directly to that conversation.
